COM This submittal is for changes to approved plans for the remodel and minor addition to an existing residence built in 1992 at 193 Beaver Dam Road. The following is a list of changes since the Final DRB approved drawings: Landscape Architecture Drawin�s: I ) Sheet L2: -Trees 17- I 9 are to remain. -Trees 47-49 are to be removed. 2) Sheet L3: -This sheet has minor changes to many grades and boulder walls as well as the firepit design. Please review sheet in its entirety. 3) Sheet L4: -This sheet has minor changes to many grades and boulder walls. Please review sheet in its entirety. 4) Sheet L5: -Please review this sheet in its entirety. Architectural Drawin�s: I) GRFA decreased from 6,039 SF to 6,026 SF. See attached GRFA calculation sheets A2.3 & A2.4. 2) Sheet A2.Oa: -The deck and stairs on the West side of the house are being completely demolished and rebuilt per the attached sheets.
