The new building has been designed with mountain modern characteristics and a natural material pallet. The roofs consist of exposed curved glu-lam rafters and an interconnecting shed roof all with metal standing seam roofing. 2x10 fascias with a 2x8 shadow board are typical at the glu-lam roofs, and 4x8 rafter tails and 2x10 cedar fascias are typical at the shed roof with some accent exposed steel beams to expose the structure. The building siding materials are a balanced mix of stone veneer, ship lapped horizontal cedar siding with 3x3 wood trim accents, and copper panels.
