Summons; Penalty: As an altemative to tle notice for removal provided in subsection B above, any person who violates or causes another to violate the same, may be issued a summons to appear before the Municipal Court of the Town for said violations, and upon being found guilty ofa violation hereunder be punished as provided in Section l-4-l ofthis code. All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and small projecls should take a lesser amount of tirne. However. if residential or smatler projects impact the various above mentioned departmonts with regard to necessary review, these prqlects may also take the three (3) week period.
