All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and small projecls should take a lesser amount of tirne. However. if residential or smatler projects impact the various above mentioned departmonts with regard to necessary review, these prqlects may also take the three (3) week period.
