trash durnpsters, portable tollets and workmen vehicles uPon any street,
sidewalk, a1ley or publlc pl-ace or any portion thereof. The right-of-way
on all Town of Vail streets and roads is approximafely 5 ft. off pavenent.
This ordlnance will be strlctly enforced by the Town of Vail Publlc Works
Department. Persons found violatlng thls ordlnance wlll be given 24-hour
wrltten notice to remove sald naterlal. In the event the person so notlfied
does not conply with the notice within the 24-hour tlne specified, the
Publlc Works Department w111 remove saLd mate.rial at the exPense of person
notified. The provisions of this ordinance shall not be appllcable to
constructlon, maintenance or repair projects of any street or alley or any
utilltles in the rlght-of-way.

The owners of the Vail uational Bank Building wish to expandthe existing dry pipe sprinkler system into parking level A,the only level of the enclosed parking whi-ch is not currentlyprotected by a sprinkler system. Since your company is themost familiar wrth the Bank Building's existing system, having
been involved with the recent repairs to that system, I wouldprefer to have your company do the sprinkl-er extension to theparking level A. I am enclosing for your use, two floor planprints showing parking level A. That level has a suspendedgrid ceiling system with 2 x 4 cypsum lay-in panefs, identicalto the ceiling at, parking 1evel B where the recent repairoperations took place. The ceiling height is eight feet abovethe floor.
