Vail streets and roads is approxinately 5 ft. off pavenent.
This ordinance witl be strictly enforced by the Town of Vail
Public Works Departrnent. Persons found violating this ordinance
wiII be given a 24 hour written notice to remove said rnaterial.
fn the event the person so notified does not comply with the
notice within the 24 hour tirne specifi.ed, the Public works
Department will renove said nraterial at the expense of person
notified. The provisions of this ordinance shall not be
applicable to construction, naintenance or repair projects of
any street or alley or any utilities in the right-a-way.
