Install metal framing, 2- lays of dens glass, exterior siding, install new boiler flue pipe and remove scaffolding for exhaust shaft completed 1/15/13 B. Install Shaft roof cap. Completed 1/15/13 C. Install EVAP (Captive Air rebuilding unit) ? D. Install Mechanica! louvers on South East side of alley? Completion date pending EVAP installation. E. Enclose exhaust duck and roof on North East side of building. Temp enclosure in place. Completed 1/15/13. F. Paint all materials. Pending weather. 2. Garage Area: A. Clean garage out by 12/22/12. B. Install boiler flue pipe. Completed 1/15/13 C. Install insulation and drywall following pipe installation. D. Clean Mechanical room. Completed 12/22/12 3. Sweet Basil glass guardrail: Completed 12/22/12 4. Sweet Basil patio doors and Restrooms Completed 7/4/13 5. West side transformer area: A. Vent grill trim installed. Completed 12/18/12 B, All materials removed today. Scaffolding will be removed by 1/15/12. Areas in front of transformer and electrical meters have been cleared of materials. C. Painting: Pending weather. 6. Restaurant interior: A. Soft drink system. Completed 12/19/12 B. Restroom signage.
