Please accept the attached drawings for consideration of staff approval. The proposed minor
changes (shown clouded) at the Southeast corner of the building are necessary to avoid non-
combustible materials within 3 feet of the property line and to accommodate the design intent of
maintaining real wood siding on the eastern upper level face of the building
