This revision clouds are found on the Site Plan A1 and Landscape Plan A1.2 The submittal is an electronic filing PDF file. Only the sheets that have been revised have been submitted. The file name: Garmisch-Partial PermitSet REV2 12-10-12.pdf Revision 2 is a response to a Bill Gibson memo dated 12-7-12. “B12-0310 site disturbance violation at 2358 Garmisch Drive” In response to the violation, we intend to move the construction boundary fence to the new size and location shown on the revised Site Plan. This new line provides for a disturbed area of the lot which equals 8,126 sq. ft. (60% of the lot size). We are confident that the re-graded area behind the house will fit within this new boundary. All rocks and dirt which are located outside of this fenced area will be removed. The new fence will include silt fencing and hay bails for erosion control (on the downhill portion of the fence). Also the construction scars from the utility trenching will be eliminated with grades put back to natural grading and re-seeded with natural vegetation.
