The proposed development standards must be listed in both square feet and percentages. Additionally, please clarify the proposed site plan by labeling the proposed setback distances, proposed building heights (including roof elevation, historic grade elevation, and finished grade elevation) and the location of the four (4) parking spaces required for this residence.
