Please submit a corrected property information form (see attached) and red-lined plans demonstrating how the existing and proposed development standards (GRFA, site coverage and landscape
area) for both units of 486 Forest Road were calculated. The proposed development standards must be listed in both square feet and percentages.
Additionally, please clarify the proposed site plan by labeling the proposed setback distances, proposed building heights (including roof elevation, historic grade elevation, and finished
grade elevation) and the location of the four (4) parking spaces required for this residence.
