Hey Hans and Adam,
The following is a summary of the Planning Department review comments for the Fleeger Residence:
· The topographic survey must be stamped.
· The interior fireplaces must be calculated as GRFA.
· The exterior privacy wall (i.e. non-structural wall) at the rear of the house shall not exceed 6 ft. in height.
· The proposed pool vault can not exceed a floor-to-ceiling height of 5 ft. and can have an opening no larger than 12 sq.ft. to not be calculated as GRFA. As proposed the pool
vault is defined as site coverage and can not exceed 29 sq.ft. in footprint to comply with the site coverage limits.
