Replace as required ali such materials with new construction drywail and insulation to match existing and/or as per code. LOWER �EVEL: Scope to include entire Lower Level area, including the entire ceiling area, with the assumed possibte exception of the general area of Bath 1(field verify). MAIN LEVEI: Scope to include the majority of the Mail Level area with the assumed possible exception of the Kitchen and portions of the Living Area and Dining Area. Subject to on-site verification of damage, this does not indude the oeiling area (field veMy). UPPER LEVEL: Subject to on-site verification of damage, field verify Upper Level areas for possible inclusion in initial Scope above (field verify). NOTE 1: Contractor to notify owner and architect if field verification, on-site investigation and demolition indicate ADDITIONAL areas exposed to damage and compromising efFects beyond the areas of the assumed Scope(s) above. Areas so identified shall be included in the appropriate Scope(s) above. NOTE 2: At this time and subject to on-site verification of damage, the party walls are assumed to be unaffected by the Scope. Should on-�ite investigation indicate damage to these areas, party walls shall be included in the Scope and detailed acoordingly.
