All exterior colors and materials of the additions will match the existing colors and materials. All of the additions are either above or below existing GFRA so the footprint of the house is unchanged. The existing duplex has been added on to approximately 2 previous times since it was built in 1989 and the window sizes and window patterns are quite inconsistent on the indiv,idual sides and between the two sides. Some windows have no divisions and other windows have multiple divisions in the glass. We are proposing to make the north side (parcel B) more consistent by eliminating these small divided light windows. The owner on the south side will likely be replacing his old windows in the near future and will likely increase the size of the windows and eliminate the small divided lights. Thank you very much.
