Ire addition in the fall of 2001, I planted 410'-12'spruce at the east side of my driveway bringnig the total addition of new landscaping material of 19 trees. Whilc it is unfortunate that the landscape plan submitted by the association to the Town of Vail and approved in 1983 was never implemented,we feel that the burden of planting this common area should not be placed on us. Further,when we were requested to modify our rooitine,the landscape requirement was not mentioned. However,to move forward we are prepared to add the 15 tress. Any additional requirements will cause us to reassess the viability of spending in excess of 5100,000.00 to upgrade the exterior of a 30-year-old property. Yours truly, Glen E.
