Approval The following list describes the changes that were made to the exterior of the building following the approval of the Design Review Board: 1 . The integral gutters at the new tower roofs were replaced with eave mounted copper gutters and downspouts that feed interior leeders. 2. Banks of windows that had a 5" wide trim between each window unit have been mulled together. 3. Window head heights have changed from 8'-7" to 8'-1 " in bedroom and bathroom areas at the towers to accommodate ceiling heights. The living spaces have remained at 8'-7" at the east elevation of the east tower and the southwest corner elevation of the west tower. 4. Fireplace sidewall vents have been located on the new elevations. 5. The egress balcony on the north side of the existing building has been changed from having a metal railing to a partial height wall with top rail to satisfy permitting requirements. 6. Stone has been added to the south west corner of the west tower in lieu of the panels and trim. 7. Shutters have replaced windows in the northwest stair tower. 8. Elevator relief vent louvers added to both towers at the top level of the elevator shafts. 9. The main level parking garage has expanded to the north and the sod roof above it has been extended to the property line. This is change is visible in the north elevation. 1 1 .The fireplace shrouds have been eliminated since there is not a UL listed assembly the will handle our existing fireplace conditions in the existing building. This is a building code requirement. 12.The window in the south elevation of the east tower in the gable end has been modified to include an arched window. This has also been done on the south elevation of the west tower. 13.The signage has been eliminated from the elevations and will be resubmitted at a future date. 14.Kitchen and bathroom exhaust vents will be shown on the exterior elevations for the DRB presentation. 1 5.The gas meter will be shown on the north elevation of the west tower.
