Subject:LSL East EHU mitigation
Bill- Here is a summary of your employee housing mitigation requirements with the assumption that the unit you are
deed restricting is 1340 square feet and that the changes to approved plans application that is currently being reviewed
will result in an increase of 1,712 sq feet over the approved GRFA. Should either of these factors change, the numbers
below become invalid.
Building permit plans approved April 10, 2012:
13,649 square feet GRFA addition
Required to mitigate 10%=1,364.9 sq ft
Deed restricting N13 at the Valley= 1,340 sq ft
Remaining mitigation requirement=24.9 sq ft
Mitigation rate= $240.65/sq ft
Amount owed= $5992.19
Proposed plans:
1,712 square feet of GRFA addition
Required to mitigate 10%= 171.2
Mitigation rate= $137.65
Amount owed=$23,565.68
