PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Vail will hold a public
hearing in accordance with Section 12 -3 -6, Hearings, Vail Town Code, on Tuesday,
May 15, 2012, at 6:00 PM in the Town of Vail Municipal Building, in consideration of:
ITEM /TOPIC:
An appeal, pursuant to Section 12 -3 -3, Appeals, Vail Town Code, of the determination
of the Town of Vail Planning and Environmental Commission that the zoning
administrator correctly determined an appeal submitted by the Vail Gateway Plaza
Condominium Association on January 4, 2012, was untimely, and therefore, could not
be heard by the Planning and Environmental Commission. This determination was
made in accordance with Section 12 -3 -3.3 of the Zoning Regulations of the Town of
ZVail. The Vail Gateway Plaza Condominiums are located at 12 Vail Road /Lot N, Block
^� 5D, Vail Village Filing 1.
