Hans‐ Here are my requested changes:
• show compliance with parking requirements . Noted on enclosed Site plan
• show compliance with landscaping requirements (shade areas that count as hardscape and
softscape) Noted on enclosed Site plan
• show compliance with height requirements Noted on enclosed Site plan
• Fix math on page two: Existing GRFA on level two is 1994 instead of 1984. Adjust total numbers
and other locations. Correct. It was a typo
• Change basement deduction‐ only one % for entire structure, not per unit. We are only using
one % for the entire structure as outlines on sheet A2.2 for the proposed addition. On
sheet A2.1 we show the existing % which is different from the proposed calculations do to the
additions.
• Any changes to outdoor lighting? if so, provide outdoor lighting plan and cut sheets No
changes proposed
• Provide plans with both sides of duplex, full site plan Now show other half of duplex on the
plans
• Show limits of disturbance fencing and fencing specs‐ show construction plan On the enclosed
Construction management Plan, we show a silt fence at the downhill area of the limit of
disturbance which is also the entire limit of disturbance . The contractor plans to hand dig the
new foundation at the east side of the house since there is no access for a piece of equipment, so
the limit of disturbance is pretty small. Excess soil material will be transported via a wheel barrel
to where it can be loaded in a truck. No foundation work is required for the addition at the east
side of the house since it is an infill with existing space below and an existing roof above.
