The intent of this letter is to inform the TOV Building Department that Dr. K
Connor the owner of Riva Ridge North unit 625 has permission from the
Association to remodel his kitchen. The Riva Ridge Norttr Board of Directors
approved a construc'tion poliry which governs work in the buitding several years ago
that Ron Warner the conbactor must follow. Construction must also not begin until
after Labor day and be completed by mid-November.
