ALL utilities must field verifi7 (locate) respective utilities prior to signing dpplication. Some utility companies require up to 48 hours notice to schedule a locate. A construction traffic coftrol/staging plan must be prepared on a separate sheet of paper. An approved site plan niay also be used. This plan will show locations of all traffic control devices (signs, cones, e[c.) and the work zone, (area of construction, staging, etc.). This plan will expire on Novjember lst and will need to be resubmitted for consideration for approval through the vVinter. Be aware that your resubmission for winter may be denied depending on the locatidn of construction. Sketch of work being flerformed must be submitted indicating dimensions (length, width and depth of work). Thip may be drawn on the traffic control plan or a site plan for the job. Such approval must be obtained prior to any requests for inspection by the Town of Vail Building Department for footings, temporary electrical or any other inspection.
