All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requifements. Residential and small projects should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or smaller projects impact the various above mentioned departments with regard to necessary review, these projects may also take three (3) weeks to review and approve.
