BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE TIME FRAME
If this permit requires a Town of Vail Fire Department Approval, Engineer's (Public Works)
review and approval, a Planning Department review or Health Department review, and a
review by the Building Department, the estimated time for a total review will take as long
as three (3) weeks.
All commercial (large or small) and all have to follow the above
mentioned maximum reouirements.

causes another to violate the provision of subsection A hereof, or who has in the Director's employment
a person who violabs or causes anodrer to violate the same, bp remove such sand, gravel, rocks, mud,
dirt, snow, ice or any other debris or material within twenty four (24) hours after receipt of said notice
by $e Director of Public Works. In the event the person so notified does not comply with the nobce
within the period of Ume herein specified, he Director of Public Works, or other auftorized agent, may
cause any such sand, gravel, rocks, mud, dirt, snow, ice, debris or any other maErial to be removed
from any street or alley at the expense of the notified,
