All commercial (large or small) and all multFfamily permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and small projects should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residenUal or smaller projects impact the various above menUoned departments with regard to necessary review, these prdecb may take up to six (6) weeks to review and approve.
