All commercial (large or small) and all multi-fami[ permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requiremenb. Residential and small projects should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residenUal or smaller projects impact the various above mentioned departments with regard to necessary review, these projects may take up to six (6) weeks to review and approve.
