General Information:
This application is required for all proposals involving minor changes to buildings and site improvements, such as re-
roofing, painting, window additions, landscaping, fences, retaining walls, etc. Applicable Vail Town Code sections can be
reviewed on-line at www.vailgov.com under Vail Information -Town Code On-line. All projects requiring design review
must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit application. An application for Design Review cannot be
accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department, as outlined in the submittal
requirements. Design review approval expires one year from the date of approval, unless a building permit is issued and
construction commences.

Dear Neighbors,
We have finally begun to see this amazing summer weather that we have all been looking
forward to since the snow began to melt! As you all know we have been discussing
doing some upgrades to our unit and this letter is to let you all know that we have made
some decisions and are beginning the work on our place this June. In order to proceed
we ask for your approval in allowing us to install a sliding glass door in the back of our
unit, located at - 257 Chamonix Lane, Vail, CO. 81657 -Unit D2. In order for us to be
able to install this door we will need signatures of approval from everyone in our
complex, including Dl, D3, and D4. If you do all in fact agree please sign and date
below, recognizing that you do in fact approve of unit D2 installing a sliding glass door
in the back of their unit. We appreciate your consent and look forward to yet another
beautiful summer here in Vail!
