As you all know we have been discussing doing some upgrades to our unit and this letter is to let you all know that we have made some decisions and are beginning the work on our place this June. In order to proceed we ask for your approval in allowing us to install a sliding glass door in the back of our unit, located at - 257 Chamonix Lane, Vail, CO. 81657 -Unit D2. In order for us to be able to install this door we will need signatures of approval from everyone in our complex, including Dl, D3, and D4. If you do all in fact agree please sign and date below, recognizing that you do in fact approve of unit D2 installing a sliding glass door in the back of their unit.
