Thanks Warren, will do.
The reason it was relocated, and the reason we show Unit 11 behind, was because that owner was the most concerned
with the project. So in order to alleviate their concern and risk them not approving the project, the owner elected to
move it down to where it is currently shown and build a "shadow box" fence with acoustical treatment.
The diagram you have was also given to the HOA so they could see just how far out of the line of sight and sound unit 11
was as a result of us relocating it.
Am on my way to a meeting and will resend the diagram unsecured - should only be a few hours.

Also it appears you have moved the proposed location from the previous location behind the unit? I am
also confused by why you placed Unit 11 on the picture of Unit 13. Why did you show Unit 11 behind
Unit 13? Am I missing something?

Hope you’re doing well.
Please find attached an executed DRB Application w/ signature from the owner along with the Chalet
HOA Joint Property Owner Approval. I have also attached a revised diagram for your review that shows
the relocation of the chiller unit. This diagram illustrates the “shadow box” / fence that will be
constructed around the chiller and is to be lined on the interior with “Acoustifence” acoustical wall
treatment. I’ve also included the specifications of the Acoustifence along with a chart showing the db
rating on the chiller unit.
If you have any questions or need any additional information please give me a call.

Please find attached our Application for Design Review to add a chiller system on the exterior of Chalet
13. I’ve also attached a few photos with objects that represent the placement of the chiller and
condensing units.
The Application is two pages as I had to fax the owner the completed form for signature. I’m still waiting
for the Joint Property Owner Written Approval Letter and understand this is an incomplete application
until I have that. However, in an effort to get you what is needed I wanted to provide you with the
following to see if the information herein would be sufficient for staff approval.
Any comments or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
