3. The applicant shall utilize a wood trellis at the center entrance to the

4. The applicant shall provide landscaping in the front that is

existing trees.
5. This approval does not constitute approval for any signage.
6. The applicant shall utilize a different material on the lower portion of
the fa�ade at the public entrances to the building.
