The applicant shall replace all trees removed by the construction of the stucture
and the associated driveway on Lot 1 as depicted on the tree survey attached to the
memorandum to the Planning and Environmental Commission dated April 9, 2007,
labeled, Attachment C, identifying all aspens on the lot that are at least 3 inches
in caliper. The trees shall be replace one for one with the same caliper of tree as
those removed. The landscaping plan provided in conjunction with the design review
application shall depict this replacement requirement.
