was identified by VFES of having potiential
issues with the installation of combustible
insulation,wiring issues and potential for fire to
spread in a concealed area.
A special inspection report was generated by
Schirmer Engineering and submitted to this
office on August 31,2007.This report outlined
the condtions of the abnove-ceiling element.
On Page four of this document were 2
recommendations to remediate concers of the
insulation installation.
Both reccomendations have been completed
and confirmed by inspection that occurred by
me on 10/8/07
-Insulation has been removed from all non-IC
rated fixtues a minimum of 6"
-All paper back insulation has been removed
from the Above Ceiling Area.

Recieved final report stating that Fire 581
Retardant Paint has been applied to the
building exterior.
A new C of O will not be issued.
