permits a landscaping plan showing the planting of a minimum of 7 aspens measuring
2.5 to 3 inches in caliper and 3 evergreens measuring 8 to 10 feet in height. These
trees shall be located in the southeast corner of the site and along the eastern
property line to aid in the screening of the new improvements to be constructed.
