RE:Amendments to platted disturbance line,located at 1772 Alpine Drive/Lot 10,Vail Village West
Filing 1.Vail,CO.Applicant: Dave Schulman represented by Michael Pukas.
Rachel&Town of Vail Community Development&PEC Members,
As a homeowner at 1771 Alpine Drive I live directly across the street from 1772 Alpine Drive-Lot 10_I
strongly oppose the amendments to a platted site disturbance line to construct more patios and decks to the
current property for these three reasons as follows:
1) Additional environmental disturbance to the natural steep hillside. Before the homes were built
there was a beauriful Aspen forest and now very few trees&grass are on the three lots.
2) By adding the addirional patios&decks the level of noise disturbance to the neighborhood
increases. Many times in the summer even with the windows close we heaz noise from the people
across the street because it bounces off the hillside.
3) By adding extra entertainment azea's it could increase guest parking and this site is very limited to
parking currently. Therefore creating more cars parking on the street—which is iilegal&
dangerous.
In summary I am oppose as listed above to the amendments to the disturbance line located at 1772 Alpine
Dr.Lot 10 for the construction of addirional patios and decks.
Sincerely,
..' f C
David B.LaBelle
