DOC Page 4 of 16 0210912w5 BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE TIME FRAME If this permit requires a Town of Vail Fire Department Approval, Engineer's (Public Works) review and approval, a Planning Department review or Health Departrnent review, and a review by the Building Department, the estimated time for a total review will take as long as three (3) weeks. All commercial (large or small) and all mulU-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. ResidenUal and small projects should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or smaller projects impact the various above mentioned departrnents with regard to necessary review, these projecb may also take three (3) weeks to review and approve. Every attempt will be made by this department to expedite this permit as soon as possible. I, the undersigned, understand the plan check procedure and time frame.
