The following is a list of the pertinent comments regarding the proposal. . The DRB would like to see as much landscaping as can be accommodated in front of the structure between the two garage driveways. r The DRB was concerned with the feasibility of doing two stain /ays regarding walls and drainage. lf two stainra)rs are proposed the locations of existing fire hydrant and utility enclosure will need to be addressed.. One member of the DRB stated that that one stairway would be preferable for helping to reduce the mirror image design of the structure and another member stated that tvvo would be preferable for privacy reasons. r With the cunent information available the only issue staff would bring attention to is the maximum height of 33 feet in.this district and the elevator tower which will need to comply. Please review these comments and if you have any questions regarding this letter pfease contact me at 970-475-2148.
