I have staff approved the following items: 1. The addition of two windows to the office dormer;2. The extension of the deck at the northeast of the lot by one foot to the north;3. The change in the color of the metal roofing material from "black'to'Galvalume";4. The change in the color of the stucco and siding to the Behr custom color sample ("Dark Taupe') submitted with the application;5. The change in the color and style of the garage door to a "white" Carriage-House style door (with the condition that the door be no other material than painted white wood).6. The peak of the office ceiling to 10' 2" will need to be indicated on a section drawing of that area of the residence. However, I will be unable to stafr apprcve the rcmoval of the prcposed trees af fhe south srde of the lot due to the fact that the eventual placement of those frees was a condition of approval specified by the Design Review Board at its final review of the reslUence on Aprit 6, 2005.
