June 20, 2005
Thank you for returning my phone call. As you know, there have been some problems
and misunderstanding with Gary and Suzy Rubins' plans to update their Unit 6
Boothfalls Mountain Homes.
I believe all major questions have been resolved. I also believe it best serves everyone's
interest that this project finished as quickly as possible. I would request that the Rubins
be given a building permit. We would ask that several conditions be attached to that
permit. We would request that the Rubins be required to re-vegetate and stabilize the area
where dirt was stored. We would also ask that constructions not start before 9:00 A.M.
and finish by 6:OOP.M. weekend evenings.
