Over the weekend we were able to identify who the board president is to get approval. The gentleman is Gene McGarrity of Colorado Springs. I spoke with Gene this morning and discussed the procedure with him and faxed Gene the same information I am presenting to you. He said he did not see a problem and would telephone conference with two other board members for final approval which he felt we should have in a couple oi days. It is my hope that we can submit the application to move the approval forward and forward the letter of approval to you later this week before commencing any work.
