1. The applicant shall replace any non-compliant outdoor lighting fixtures with code
compliant light fixtures.
2. The applicant shall provide a minimum of one new tree for each tree removed. The
applicant shall flag all trees to be removed in order for the DRB to conduct a site
visit at a future hearing. Should the DRB have any issues with the proposed trees to
be removed, the applicant shall submit a changes to approved plans application to be
formally reviewed at a future hearing.
3. The applicant shall surface all of the privacy walls on site with the same exact
finished. Approved options for privacy wall surface include stucco and stone cap, or
telluride stone.
4. The applicant shall install an all metal railing for all French balconies.
