Should the DRB have any issues with the proposed trees to be removed, the applicant shall submit a changes to approved plans application to be formally reviewed at a future hearing. 3. The applicant shall surface all of the privacy walls on site with the same exact finished. Approved options for privacy wall surface include stucco and stone cap, or telluride stone. 4.
