Just an FYI as well, the mechanical room on the lowest level counts as site coverage.
Provide landscaping screening on both sides for neighbors
More texture on entry/south elevation
Too much monolithic slab
Use warmer/softer materials and colors to blend into neighborhood and natural environment
Provide more bumpouts and overhangs to create texture, break up big walls on the façade
Gravel on roof should blend in
Change translucent windows to gray not white
Design is too industrial
Soften the privacy walls- less walls
Create more street presence
Too many windows
