Just an FYI as well, the mechanical room on the lowest level counts as site coverage.  Provide landscaping screening on both sides for neighbors  More texture on entry/south elevation  Too much monolithic slab  Use warmer/softer materials and colors to blend into neighborhood and natural environment  Provide more bumpouts and overhangs to create texture, break up big walls on the façade  Gravel on roof should blend in  Change translucent windows to gray not white  Design is too industrial  Soften the privacy walls- less walls  Create more street presence  Too many windows Rachel F.
