Cond: CON0013119 The applicant shall terminate all stone at an inside corner of the facade. In conjunction with the building permit the applicant shall depict the location of the stone on the elevations and its points of termination at an inside corner. Cond: CON0013120 The applicant shall install a minimum of three (3) 6 to 8 foot tall evergreens on the site prior to requesting a final planning inspection. The location of the treees shall be depicted on the plans submitted in conjunction with the building permit. Cond: CON0013122 The applicant shall paint the new deck roof trellis and the associated structral supports to match the color of the exisintg wood siding. The limits of disturbance fence shall be put in place prior to the start of construcution and maintained throughout the project.
