the site prior to requesting a final planning inspection. The location of the treees
shall be depicted on the plans submitted in conjunction with the building permit.

with regard to dimensions, color, and architectural character.

The applicant shall paint the new deck roof trellis and the associated structral
supports to match the color of the exisintg wood siding. This shall be noted on the

The applicant shall provide adequate protection for trees shown to remain on the
site. The limits of disturbance fence shall be put in place prior to the start of
construcution and maintained throughout the project.
