Our owners are concerned about infringement on the view corridor and
wonder if a visual analysis has been made on the impact of our views with
the additions to the roofline at the Tivoli.
We also are concerned that with the expansion sufficient space has been left
for people checking into the hotel since cars now parked in front of the
Tivoli often impede the flow of traffic down Hanson Ranch Road. This
seems to be the access for many large trucks doing deliveries to core
businesses and there is often a bottleneck at this point.
For these reasons our owners are opposed at this point to the proposed
remodel.
