Malia - The Parsons have made some exterior changes to the previously
approved plans for Unit #3. The main changes are:
1.Elimination of the Living Room expansion.
2.Extension of the Dining Room deck addition by 12" (Ms. Anderson has
approved).
3.Window modifications (some requested by the TOV).
4.Recess of existing Entry Vestibule door.
S.Reduction of the upper level Studio wall (12").
Are these changes we are proposing have to go back to the HOA, or do they
fall within the realm of "consistent with the approved plans"? We are
resubmitting them to the TOV DRB on 11/26/12 (for review on 12/19/12).

CHANGES TO APPROVED PLANS FROM 8/24/12 DRB SUBMITTAL - 11/26/12
The Owners of Unit#3 (Parsons) would like to make the following changes to previously
reviewed and approved plans of Unit#3 for Additions and Remodel to the existing unit.
The previous submittal was made on 8/24/12 and reviewed/approved on 10/3/12
(DRB 120435). As part of the requested changes is a reduction of 46 square feet of GRFA
from the previously approved 242 requested (250 allowed) for a total of 196 sf GRFA.
LOWER LEVEL FLOOR PLAN
No changes to the exterior of the building at this level.
New air conditioning fan coil unit at grade (from roo� below deck.
MAIN LEVEL FLOOR PLAN
Elimination of the proposed Living Room expansion (-35 sq. ft. of GRFA).
Modification of the proposed Dining Room deck expansion from 24"to 36".
Modification of existing Living Room window units (south wall).
Modification of the proposed new Dining Room window/door unit.
Modification to the existing Entry Vestibule entry door unit.
Recess existing door location 42" (-12 sq. ft. GRFA).
Add step at new alcove entry landing.
New flagstone landing at alcove to match existing stone step.
Existing interior recessed ceiling light fixture to be an exteriar fixture.
New exposed exterior walls to be stucco to match existing.
Existing Living Room windows to be replaced to match new LR window (E/W).
Proposed new roofing material at the new Dining Room expansion is changed
from metal rib to Asphalt Shingle to match existing.
UPPER LEVEL FLOOR PLAN
Relocated exterior wall of Studio (-11 sq. ft. GRFA).
Changed wall finish material from wood siding to stucco.
Addition of window(24"h x 60" w) at existing exterior door opening.
Modification of existing Master Bedroom window(south).
Centered and reduced window (12" +/- width) in south wall.
Modified height from 54"to 48" (proposed)/38" existing.
Modification of Master Bath Shower window(single 60"w vs. 2-30"w).
Addition of new window (24"h x 42"w) in north wall of stair.
Modification of Master Bedroom Closet windows (per DRB) to 3 -24"h x 42"w).
Relocation of proposed roof mounted a.c. unit to at grade.
Modification of Studio window(north) to 24"h x 42" w.
