DESCRIPTION OF THE REOUEST
The following is list of the changes and additions to the above referenced project.
1. Construct a dormer on the roof of the garage of Unit - A.
2. Construct a new entry porch for Unit - A.
3. Construct a new entry porch with new entry door for Unit - B.
4. Extend the existing garage of Unit - B, 4'-0'to the North.
5. Construct a coat closet for Unit-B extended into the garage.
6. Construct a dormer on the roof of the garage of Unit - B.
7. Construct an enclosed outside storage closet at Unit - B.
8. Construct a hot tub patio area with stone veneered walls and walkways and boulder
retaining walls.
9. Construct a dormer on the roof above the living room of Unit - B.
10. Construct a stair down to grade from the deck of Unit- B.
11. Install skylights into the roof above the study of Unit - B.
12. Replace the deck guard walls at Unit -B with open metal railings to match Unit - A.
13. Replace most of the existing windows and sliding glass doors at Unit- - B
14. Add furring and stucco to the fireplace chimney at Unit- B and provide a copper chimney
cap.
15. Refinish all existing materials.
16. Replace some of the wood siding with stucco.
17. Replace existing exterior light fixtures and provide additional ones.
18. Replace existing roofing with metal shingles.
19. Replace the deck posts at Unit-B with solid wood columns on stone veneered piers.
20. Provide stone veneer with sloping stone cap on the walls along the north side of the.
house.

used in preparing the attached drawings. The site plan includes the proposed rootiiAge elevations
and existing or proposed grade at points directly below them. When you review this plan, you will
see that none of the proposed roofs come close to reaching the maximum allowable heighi.
