THAN ONE SQUARE FOOT WHICH STATES THAT THE AREA IS FOR LOADING AND DELIVERY ONLY F
A 15 MINUTE MAXIMUM TIME PERIOD.

DURING THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW GATES THE APPLICANT SHALL REPLACE THEM WITH A
MINIMUM OF A 5-GALLON SHRUB FOR EACH PLANT REMOVED OR DAMAGED.
