Rooftop hood exhaust fans require service. Rooftop HVAC space heating unit test and service. SUMMARY: Technician installed V4 HP motor, belt and pulley on bagel oven heat exhaust fan above ceiling. Tech tested, serviced and tightened belts on two rooftop exhaust fans (existing) serving Type I and Type II hoods in kitchen. Hood filters were cleaned by others. Roof fans are in serviceable, acceptable operating condition. Tech verified operation of rooftop HVAC unit heating the dining area of restaurant. Unit is operating in acceptable range.
