instead applies a regular concrete finish; that the applicant returns for staff
approval of an alternate roof material other than the cut asphalt shingles proposed
and if asphalt shingles are applied that they meet minimum Town standards of 300#
per square; and the kitchen venting equipment be wrapped in copper metal with along
appurtenant equipment painted to match the patinaed copper color.
