The purpose for my review is to determine equipmer►t exhaust and make-up air requirements. I am providing the following information far your use in preparing drawings for the Vail building department. 1.Ventilatio� hood for convec6on oven shall be a Type 11 hood, eqUal to the Greenheck Model GHEW - 48 L x 42 W x 24 H@700 CFM with an $" x 8" exhaust opening. 2. Exhaust duct size should be 8" x 8" for Type If hood_ R�n duct from hood to exhaust fan on roof. 3. Exhaust fan fo� convection oven hood shall be a CUBE-101XP-7 belt drive. up blast, centrifugal roof exhaust fan, or equal, to exhaust at least 700 CFM at 0.58 in W.C.@8,100 ft Elevation. The fan shall be mounted on the roof. Provide 4x4 redwood sleepers or curb for fan. 4. Restroom exhaust shaN be 50 CFM per room and shall use a 6" duct with an inline fan to vent both restrooms. Exhaust fan should be a Greenheck model CSP-210 or equal rated at 100 CFM � 8,100 ft �levatiort. Intetlock fan with light switches in both restrooms. 5. Make up air unit shall be equal to an Armstrong horizontal cased fan coil unit model BCZ-366_12A with 15 kw electric heat. Suppfy duct should be 10"x10° and distribute thru two diffusers to the space. Unii wilf supply 800 CFM with 0_3 in W.C. at 8,100 ft Elevation. The outside ai� intet shatl be at least 10 ft. above the surtace of any abutting public way, driveway, vent, or other source of pallut�nts. ihis unit will p�ovide outside air to the deli senrice area and will be exhausted by oven vent hood in kitChen area..
