Yo�4 can pick up an application at either Community Development, IocGted at 75 South Frontage Road or Pubiic Works, located at 1309 Eikhorn Drive. � Notice sign-offs for utility comp�nies. ALL utilities must field verify ({ocate) respective utilities prior to signing application. Some utility companies require up to 48 hours notice to schedule a locate. % A construction tranic control/stagirg plan must be prepared on a separate sheet of paper. An approved site plan may also be us2d. This plan wiil show locations of all traffic control devices (signs, cones, etc.) and the work zone, (area of construction, stoging, etc.). This plan wiil expire on November ls� and wili need to be resubmitted for consideration for approva! through the winter. Be aware that your resubmission for winter may be denied depending on the location of construction. > Sketch of work being performed must be submit�ed indicating dimensions (length, width and de�th of work). This may be drawn on the tra�c contrel plan or a site plan for the job. % Submit compieted applic�tion to the Pubiic Work's or ice for review. Pieas2 do not conrus2 the "Public Way Permit" with a "Buiidina Permit". : NOTE: The above process is for work in a public way ONLY. Public Way Permits are valid only until Novembef 15th. A new Public Way Permit is required eacfi year if work is not compiete. Re-application each November 15th does not mean an automatic renewal. AI! commercial (large or small) and ali multi-`amily pe�mits wil) have to foilow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and smaii projects shouid take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or smaller projects impact the various above mentioned departments with regard to necessary reviev�r, thesz projects may also take three (3) weeks to review and approve.
