plan will expire on November 1st and will need to be resubmitted for consileration for
approval through the winter. Be alvarc that yor.n resubmission for winter may be denied
depending on the location of corstruction.

and depth of work). This may be drawn on lhe traffic control plan or a site plan for the iob.

to one (1 ) week to process.

JnOte: The above process is for work in a public way ONLY. Public Way
" Permits are valid only until November 15th. A new Public Way Permit is required
each year if work is not complete. Re-application each November l5th does not
mean an automatic renewal.

construdion sites have adequately establisfred proper drainage from building sites along and
adjacent to Town of Vail roads or streets.
The Town of Vail R.rblic Works Department will be required to inspect and approve drainage
adiacent to Town of Vail roads or streets and the installation of temporary or permanent culverts at
access points from the road or $reet onto the congrudion dte. S.tctt approvd must be obtained
prior to any requests for inspection by the Town of Vail B-rilding Department for footings,
