Public Works:
The Town of Vail currently has a culvert on the east side of the property. Please located and
show on site plan. In addition, the Town of Vail is requesting a drainage easement to be included
in the exiting 10 ft. Utility Easement.
There are proposed new trees located within the easement. Pending location of culvert, will
determine if trees can be planted in these locations.
Install and tie in a 4 ft concrete pan w/2 inch invert (No Heat) on the west side of property to
the curb and gutter on the east side, near catch basin. Installing the pan will also change the
grade of the driveway . Revise
The heated portion of the driveway within the right of way needs to be on a separate zone,
marked at the control box, TOV or ROW. Show on site plan.
Show on site plan, a limit of disturbance fence/erosion control.
Show on site plan, utility tie in locations.
Remove or relocate proposed tree just east of driveway within Right of Way, It currently
affecting site distance as you exit.
Fire Dept:
