General Information: This application is required for all,proposals involving rninc?r chaonges to buildings and site improve-
ments, such as roofing, painting,window additions, landscaping,fences, retaining walls, etc. Applicable Vail Town
Code sections can be found at www.vail ay.com under Vail Information-Town Code online, All projects requiring de-

RE: Remodel of Unit #260
Dear Sirs,
I am writing you on behalf of the owners of Unit 260. As their Architect I have added two win-
dows and replaced the existing sliding glass doors in the proposed design.
The enclosed drawings show the interior floor plan with the addition of new windows to the
south and east side of the unit. Presently, there is only one window in this bedroom. These new
windows will afford more natural light into the unit and face out to a line of trees and the church.
The existing aluminum sliding glass doors on the south side will be replaced with new aluminum
clad wood sliding glass doors in the same location as the old ones . These will be an upgrade in
performance to the existing but will not affect the look of the exterior.
All these windows will be detailed with wood trim to match the existing and will match the color
of the existing windows as well.
We hope to start construction this spring at the close of the ski mountain as per your covenants.
