The following is a list of changes since the Final DRB approved drawings and the DRB Changes approved 1/2/12: Architectural Drawings: ki I) Sheet A2.Ob: -The A/C condenser pad on the East side of the building has increased in size due to clearance requirements of the equipment and for a future hot tub boiler. The equipment also requires a roof. 2) Sheet A2. I a: -A stone chimney has been added to the South side to serve as an Architectural feature and as a way to continue to provide fresh air to the existing Mechanical Room air well. It will also contain the existing boiler flue (see picture of flue on sheet A 10.0). The window pattern in this area has also changed. -The window pattern on the South side of the Kitchen has changed.
